I have been reading a bit about the radial tires. with the stock deuce rim can you get away with out tubes ?
I can get radial tires for very cheep. Is radial really better ?
what is the tested better way you have gone
1 using stock NDT tires nothing to mod them no chains ,, In winter
2...
check for dripping from the front bumper area , if no leaking seen . check pickup tube in tank for
dry rot , does the truck start nice with a full tank ? if so time to R/R the intank pumps rubber tube
um how are the filters ? have you checked for water ?
I looked into doing that . too slow ,too high, too much. get a truck made for it .
my wrecker bed is much longer then my deuce frame the mods would be crazy expensive
and I think a conversion van would be a " soft top " after the first low bridge.
is there a TM for the deuce antenna mount / setups ?
I have a M109 and a M35 I want to mount antennas on, I'm thinking of mounting on the back of the M35 cab like a light pole
and on the M109 I have no ideas
i hate the clear water pump ! does not prim and burns out fast ! the small 12v puimp dies fast too
manards sells a transfer pump for 80 - 110 bucks its nice and does 55gl in 7 min
very easy to fix there made by Wayne pumps great service too ,, I'm getting a washing machine this week hmm pump...
UP DATE Ya its mostly about how you drive and leave room . I drove most all winter in my M109a3 with NDT's no chains just drive like your on ice and your ok the truck might slide straight insted of going on a turn so slow down and remember the low range get used to it . also
PM PM PM PM this...
i wonder is it normal to want to have someone drive your deuce wile you stand in the bed watching the smoke stack ? and now I crave more drive train videos ?
great video what kinda camera and mounting did u use?
man and all i got or 1000's of spiders. Every day I have to kill no kidding 50 - 200 spiders every single place on my truck I just picked up. Large nasty 50C sized down to dime.
