I take my M931a2 with a Deuce bed Mudding pretty regularly. It does well until it starts pushing mud with front axle. all I would change is going to 16x20s and Lockers in the rears... My CTIS does work and I bleed it down to "Emergency" (I think it is 15-20psi) when going through the thick...

If you want to modify the back of the bed you can store up to 12 feet of ramp (or anythings else) under the bed between the C-Channel that the bed is made of (just above and between the trucks frame..) Handy little extra compartment..

Can you give us any more specifics on the Air to Air inner cooler?? year or make it came from? The Build is looking great. Edit: Also why are you removing the after-cooler? Are you concerned about air restriction? As far as heat from the cooling system you can just unhook the water lines...
