No got a guy coming to look at my XM813. I haven't been to OC in years lol. If your ABS isn't working then that's probably why your not hearing the clicking noise. My m816 had some bad fuel lines recently. So I replaced them. To get it primed I gave it a shot of either . It took 2 or 3 trys but...

Also the Cummins 250 such fuel to the pump. You could have a air leak (it's a common problem ) in a fuel line or in the fuel filter canaster.

    M-920 questions

I had a few of my brakers bad. So I replaced them all. Also if you have no brake lights check your switch on the firewall it's a air switch. I have seen them go bad. As for turn signals I had 1 with a bad relay in where the brakers are at. Also had 1 where the relay under the drivers side dash...

    Missing ring gear?

LOL Well Gimpy If the M939 series is like the NTC 400s in the m915 to m920, The cummins engine actually uses a clutch type flywheel that is slightly modified to use on the cat 16 speed ( there a good 100 lbs + and have both the bolt pattern and surface to mount a clutch on ). Now I don't know...

I have $5.00 that says the flywheel bolts have either sheared or backed out of the crank.

    m925 brake issue

My m925 A1 shifts a bit ruff but not like you guys are discribing. My m923a1 shifts like my f350 Smooth as silk. It's a recent rebuilt truck. I did have to lube the linkage on the m925 as it was sticking badly. The m923 linkage is all new and smooth.

    m925 brake issue

When my m923a1 is cold at low speed my brakes grab bad. It will lock the tires up. But once the truck has been driving a bit they get better and don't lock up.
