The downside to the CARC like sandpaper texture is washing it. It will just about shred any cloth. If using cotton, it holds so much lint it looks like a fuzz ball after washing. I've tried a siphon gun thinning with 10% water and the paint will dry on contact with the CARC texture. The color...

The truck is a 1985 vintage Air Force vehicle. Would this be Forest Green?

The truck I have came with mounts on each end of the dash. Here's a photo of the installation. With a rifle in place, it is a bit difficult getting past it when entering or exiting.

I've played with this a bit more. I went to Hobby Lobby and found Testors model paint in dark green 34079. Forest green, 34127, wasn't there. From the 34079 sample, Home Depot matched and mixed an 8 oz. sample. I sprayed half of the passenger door access panel and it's no where close to the...
