I think it depends on the TYPE of Mrap wheel being used. I have a set of 20 bolt aluminum wheels from an mrap that look like they will work on my M925. I do not know what variant these came from though.

Register it as MV, get your "non cdl cdl class B" & enjoy it. Texas now has a NON CDL, CDL CLASS A & B license. Non cdl, cdl = cant drive for hire.
