    Denver St Patty's Day Parade

The Military Vehicles Collectors of Colorado (MVCC) had a real big showing at the 2008 ST Patty's Day parade. We had the big iron out in large numbers for the first time since many members had acquired some new 5 and 2 1/2 ton trucks. We had close to 20 vehicles. Four 5 tons, maybe 10 deuces...

    Proper way to wire Solargizer?

In the mid-day Colorado sun mine puts out 53 volts attached to just the volt meter. They put out way less than 1 Amp. It keeps a set of two batteries on my 818 at 25.7 to 25.9 volts. I cut off the terminal ends and soldered alligator clips on so I could swap between battery banks. Not sure if...

What TM is best for M809 elecrical diagram

What TM would have a decent electrical diagram in it? I'm pretty sure I have all of them for M809 series in digital format. Can't seem to find electrical diagrams. Also, Cummins coldstart glowplug, 12 volts or 24 volts at the plug? The tractor I am going to pick up has 24 volts at the...

    Will a M101 fit inside a M105A2??

Thanks Brian. The M101 has no bows or top. The M105 trailer is almost mint with all 4 racks and a new top. Was planning to put the racks and top in another vehiicle. I will be able to measure both trailers before I pick them up. The yard has very large forklift that ccan lift the M101...

Hope to pick up my M818 tractor and 2 trailers at GL. Any know if a M101 trailer will fit inside a M105A2 trailer so I can get all three home? The width of the M101 appears to be 73.5 inches. The inside side to side width of a M105A2 is also 73.5 inches. Looks like with with the wheels off...

Help with unit numbers on 1951 M37

Mike is right. The ends had to go on with the 3/4" socket as you see it. It was over kill with that tow bar. Only one we had at the time. Takes minimum of two people to jockey that heavy duty towbar around. And thanks to Nattieleather and qwalker for the responses on the M=37's unit and...

Help with unit numbers on 1951 M37

My wife found this 1951 M37 at a barn sale 4 miles from the house and convinced the owner to sell it to her for $800! Its a complete truck except for the bed racks and seats and is pretty much rust-free. The only body damage is a slight fold on the lower lip of the front left fender. Even...
