It doesn't necessarily need to be fuel leaking out, but air leaking in. The next time you have it running, park it nose-down overnight and see if it starts easily the next day. IF YES: You have air leaking in somewhere. My first guess would be the filter, which I had a problem with and fixed...

I don't use Fram oil filters (Mopar for the Jeeps and Purolator for the M1009) but for $2.60 I'll chance it. These are also the 'tough guard' filters and the can is silver, not orange.
