Tomtastic My heater came out of a wrecked airplane, correction- it is a ( Janitrol out of a Cessna twin engine plane not a Stewart Warner ), it is a 50K btu unit that I run on the low heat level of 30K.

Yesterday with an outside temp of 16deg. my Deuce with its stock heater AND a 35K btu gas heater would keep me warm and the windows defrosted. The Deuce is as stock n standard as they come and without the gas heater it won't keep up.

I'm in, gota see how the x-spert does it so I can do mine this spring.

A note to those that install these heaters, be very careful and do NOT plug in the heater until you have the antifreeze filled up and run the engine to get the air out of the heater and hoses. If you do there is the very good possibility that you WILL burn up the heater. Don't ask me how I...

I know your problem with tinnitus have it real bad, got it when flying different stuff in the USMC, now at 73 it's real hard to hear air leaks on my M35A2.

I just got off the phone with a fellow from ( Maradyne Air O Matic ) so here is some info for those of us with air steering assist problems. First, he says that the "Torque Valve Assy. " that is part of the drag link is NOT repeat NOT rebuildable and will be distroyed when trying to take it...

GPS will be way more accurate than the speedo. I use the GPS most all the time for getting me where I'm going and speed readout.
