I'm adding an additional tank to my bobbed Deuce on the drivers side, I plan on using the tank pump to pump fuel to the tank on the rt. side to keep the fuel system as normal. I'll put a timer on the reserve tank pump with a on / off switch on the dash. I'll have a total of 90 - 100 gal.
Interesting converstion you fellas have going here, are you saying that the gas in the fuel system may have caused the crank to break.

Yes, the brake rotor type system is about the best you can put on the M-37, however when I started into my project I found the same problem you are getting into. What I did was go to the duel master cylinder type system and that has worked very well for me.

Wisc. / Mich. state line tomorrow evening. It's slow going with the M-37 speed setting the
pace at 42 MPH.

I talked to the troops, they are headed for ( Devils Lake, N.D ) for the night, and wiill go to Grand Forks, N.D in the morning. TSC in Minot, N.D didn't have any parts for that hub / wheel assy. It'll be around 9:++ when they get into Devils Lake. They need a hub and bearings...
