I will suggest that you check the ball joints, and steering gear box. A steering gear box that has the gear clearance set to tight will cause the steering wheel to not want to return back to center.
Also, worn ball joints, or king pins can cause a caster angle problem causing the vehicle to pull...
Because they do not have as much experience building bobbed deuce trucks as I do.
I am not trying to brag. Experience does count for a lot when building a custom truck. Having built over 20 bobbed deuce trucks, and many other custom trucks during my career, there are some things that I have...

The factory axle locator pins will not work to center your axle. You must weld spring perches to the axle.
Expect the rates for that type of haul with a dead head return trip to be around $3000 for a vehicle that size. That is about $2.12 a loaded mile.
Fly down, and drive it back, or rent a u-haul, and trailer to tow it back.

I have a question. Out of curiosity why are you wanting to flip the hubs on both the truck, and trailer?
I have not had to do a hub flip on any 2 1/2 or 5-ton m series truck, if I used combat wheels. That is why I...

A big block chevy will fit in them. Be warned. Once the seal is broken, and the nitrogen is released from the can. They will condensate over time, and fill with water.
This can ruin a perfectly good engine.
The tinny rattle is...
