The time has finally come... after wanting one of these Air Forces deuces for so long I finally got the chance to make the 600 mile trip to bring mine home. I won it at Ft Jackson and it was picked up by jwaller, who inspected it and replaced the missing gauges.
We are leaving here around 5am...
So far best price is $2.80/mile for both, 350 miles. I got 10 business days starting next week. Was gonna go get em myself while I was off this week, but they said no load outs till the first of the year. SPCWarning let me know if you are interested.
Just finished another spin on filter conversion, and had a little problem. The first one I did I used an extra 7" filter/seperator I had on hand from my wmo setup and always had clearance issues when changing out. So this time I used the shortest filter/seperator I could find that would work...

Finally got around to bringing my m1009s home from Camp Shelby. I am very impressed so far, very solid with only minor surface rust, and the best part... they both run/drive great!
