    Injector pump supply fitting

Are yout talking about where the normal rubber hose plumbs into the bottom of the ip/booster pump? Cause that's definitely not npt. AN fitting I believe. Can't remember the size.

Can you mix 'n match airpacks? - One long one short on an USAF Deuce.

Exactly. So if your shoes are way out of adjustment then the MC runs out of fluid/stroke on a single circuit system. It doesn't matter which airpack you have. The result is the same.

Can you mix 'n match airpacks? - One long one short on an USAF Deuce.

I have found zero evidence that it matters one way or another which air pack the truck has regardless of split or single circuit brakes. The master cylinder volume is the limiting factor. Not the air pack.

    napa pto gaskets?

Be sure to tell them you need a shim gasket not a pto cover gasket. Get several in different thicknesses.

Hmm. Guess my first post was right on the money.

Can you mix 'n match airpacks? - One long one short on an USAF Deuce.

After studying the manual best I can tell is the system does split front and rear. The only place they tie together is the differential valve.

Ah. Thank you for that correction.

Can you mix 'n match airpacks? - One long one short on an USAF Deuce.

I'm a little confused by your statement. Am I incorrect that one air pack boosts the front brake circuit and the other air pack boosts the rear circuit?

I don't see why running 2 different air packs will be a problem. This might cause a small pressure difference between front and rear but I don't see that being a serious issue.

Need Opinions for Wheels on my Bobbed M35A3

49" tall versus 52" tall. Yes there is a LOT of difference. I would be concerned about the transmission getting hot and over strained with 16.00s.

Sorry. Yes I meant under a bobber.

Need Opinions for Wheels on my Bobbed M35A3

An a3 will do 60mph on 14.00-20s at the governor. 16.00's will probably get you there. The higher gears would make it a gutless wonder. Don't waste your money.

Need Opinions for Wheels on my Bobbed M35A3

I forgot to mention the bead may look a little funny with a 14.00 or 16.00 tire mounted on an a3 wheel. It's not an issue. It's perfectly safe.

Need Opinions for Wheels on my Bobbed M35A3

Use the a3 wheels. They are fine. 14.00-20's fit great under an unlifted a3. So with a 6" lift 16.00's won't be a problem.

Bouncing/teeter tottering suspension bounce depending on the road

The problem isn't finding a long travel shock absorber. The problem is everyone throws a hissy fit when they find out they are north of $350 each!

NAPA (American made) Deuce Brake Cylinder Rebuild Kits

Your about 2 years late on the no more American made wheel cylinders. I have bought many of them from napa and up until mid last year it was a 50/50 mix of Chinese and American made. Now it's all chinese. Still very much available though.
