I had to get mine from a Sherwin Williams store that was in the Tampa area. because all the stores here did not have a clue on what this product was or what carc.
This particular kind is an air cure paint no mixing right out of a can besides agitating and shaking it up.

It actually looks like a shadow on that piece of metal so it is very hard to determine that it's a thin piece of rubber there[emoji102]

just so you know if you look close see there's a small thin piece of rubber that protects the aluminum from the steel

I built mine to put a controlled load 78% to 120% for break in.
The ease of controlling with a load bank is the best way IMO
