Ok, so I am going to be looking for a couple of military cots..........what I have is a bunch of stuff.
Partial list:
Medical litters, 9.00 tires with tubes(ndt's), headlights, turn signals, Square turn signal brackets........and a bunch more, just look me up when you are there to see all I...
From a resale point, I voted for 383 green......you have the option of 2 markets from that paint....the crowd that only wants the truck to be green and the 3 color crowd. It is easy to add the other two colors, but would cost more to cover them back up to go green.
Plus the base needs to be...
The tank it self has a vent line that is run into the main vents on some and others it is run separate to the slober tube.....so if you have a NON-Vented cap you probably have a nice little 1/4" copper line that runs in to the side of your slober tube.
If you need pics of what to look for I...
I am running the same set up, however I put my 2 tanks in the back of a M105 trailer, with the canvas top.......it gets like an oven in that thing.....I can leave both the large screw on lids off the containers since they are under tarp and don't have to worry about UV or expanding from the...
If you look at the first thread that this one pop's up........you will have your answer....AND PICS!!!
I'm not trying to be a smart A$$ but you did say you "searched for a while" and I know for a fact that I have searched your exact topic in the past and found the answer very clear.........and...
First thing I would check before going all out and changing the dang thing is to see if the linkage is adjusted right.........does it do it only in High? can you put the transfer in low and it stays in low?, I know it sounds funny, but sometimes it is just the tinny things that will cause so...
OK, so you want TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2.
In this TM there are 2 sections you will want to pay attention to. Paragraph 4-40 starts on page 4-394, this section will guide you through the entire injector nozzle and how it is adjusted and taken apart(cleaned)
The second section you want is paragraph...
Just ask your buddy, it is just a copper crush washer........you might be able to see it in this pic, on the bottom of the injector. Not sure of the exact size, I'll have to see if I have an old one to measure.
From the pics you have, it looks to me like it is the base gasket in the head.......the little copper one between the injector and the head.......if it was leaking from the return cap, I would see wet above the fuel feed line not just low like it is around the orange seal.......I had a leak...
Hope these help.....if you see the large black cable coming from the firewall, heads along the top of the motor to the front, then goes down to the spot in the second pic, right above the balancer.
The tach hooks up on the front of the motor just above the main pulley........I'll go out and get you a pic off the motor I have sitting.....be back:whistle:
The center lugs are .628" on the micrometer......I measured the center ones cause they are the shortest.....there is that raised section on the tire, you'll know what I am talking about if you look closely.
And I know, "No pics...No proof"
So here you go, also had to throw in one with the nice nubs and cast lines......probably the ONLY set of New tires the wife will EVER let me buy again for one of my trucks.
