I'm thinking an 8' box popup mounted (tongue cut and running gear removed) on an M105 box. You would have storage built in under the popup. A couple of width dimensions I found for a Coleman popup say 80" wide, so it would HAVE to be mounted on top of the box (from what I have read on m105...
Same here - I can't even find the time to restore my little ol' m100, but you are starting to inspire me Zout! Maybe I can get it done before the rally. Of course, I need to rebuild the engine in the m38a1 before the rally too
Raining off and on all day today - cabin fever! Finally stopped and sun came out around 5:30. My daughter and I ran out and got the horn fixed. The wire was broken at the connector under horn button. Fished it out, crimped a new connector on and she was back in service. Then we changed the oil...

Sounds about right PB - he will need a little more power if he wants to get out of the mud hole this year! Just kidding - I know he will never drive it like that again after Zout gets finished with it.
The shackle bearing is not a very tight fit - I would call it loose as far as tolerances are concerned. So YES, it might create a little noise especially if the spring eyes are worn. The pivot point is supposed between the shackle and bearing, not the bearing and spring eye.
Correct - the...
