I would have the alignment checked out. As 68impalass mentioned the toe in/out could be off. My M1009 felt like it was tracking weird. Kind of like running on tip toes. Found out my alignment was off.

Hello and welcome, When my M1009 was rock stock I could get it up to about 65 to 70 mph. The major downside was anytime I encountered a hill that mph dropped off something fierce. How are your tires? It is my opinion that the TH400 is a very good/strong transmission, but overdrive is nice...

The only thing I've noticed is when I try to access SS from any search engine and click on the link (clearly a SS link) I get a weird website/advertisement that I can't back up out of. Anyone else have this happen.

OK I'll bring the 416, I have a smallish camp bbq and a propane tank I can bring along, for extra cooking capacity.

There was some talk about cooking food on site...What was the final outcome? Bring food, not bring food? Bare min. I'm bringing a cooler with water, Soda, Etc. I doubt beer is allowed. Is it? Any reason to hook up my 416?

Deuceaid, I have a CB radio installed in my M1009. I'm waiting on my Wifey to give the blessing on a 2hr drive for the airshow. Anyone know if there will be a P-51 or an F4U at the show? A P-51 would really grease the wheels with the Wifey!:jumpin:
