    Hey Floridianson....Thank You!!!!

Ha ha got another person fooled into thinking I am a nice guy. The truth with tracking numbers and insurance I get paid if it does not get delivered or if you do get. If it does not get delivered I do not have to go to the trouble of refunding your/ the buyer the money. See I am self centered...

What did you do to your trailer today.

Sold the old storage trailer and the guy that bought it lives less than a mile away. I will grab the 915 tomorrow and move it to his house.

    Having issues removing hydraulic head

It would be the IP housing not the head as the newer heads do not have the oil port. Would seem on the IP housing it would be the inside port. Then guess you could cut of some of the oil filter bolt that extends into head area / head and leave just the bolt with threads and sealing washer for...

    Having issues removing hydraulic head

Greg # 2 DID make clear the head was one tooth off. Greg #1 aka Rustystud told him to pry off the head but Greg #1 never said anything about rotating the head back to where the head scribe / red mark and pointer were in line in the first post. Lets pretend that is was not a code G and Greg #...

    Manual 5 Ton?

Old thread but I like the manual in the 809 series or any truck with a mechanical injection so myself going automatic is a down grade. With any mechanical injection system in a pinch you do not need batteries just something big enough to get a little speed and power up enough to drop the clutch...

    Special M35 steering gear project

Let start out saying "Wow" and to make things clear I have never and will never report any of your post's trying to get you banned. I do not think like that as for this web sight I use it to learn or share or laugh. For what I seem do the most is the ladder and lately plus better than any soap...

    Having issues removing hydraulic head

It is in the Deuce TM's section on this board. TM 9-2910-226-34 page 3-8. look on top of any page and see where it says Upgrade, Rules, TM. let your fingers do the walking and the Deuce TM's are just a click away.

    Having issues removing hydraulic head

Yea I saw that but did not want to say anything. Would have been nice for that info no matter what code pump was in the machine. Maybe someone would have put two and two together. Well we see now that you should never have to pry a head off any pump. If you have to pry then something is wrong...

    Boyce stands tall.

I do not know if Boyce Equipment is a member here but they stood tall. We have a newer member that bought a nice Deuce bobber from them. The IP head developed a small crack inside of the head port #3 after some use. Our member contacted Boyce and they sent out parts to try and help correct the...

what cordless tool are you using to get your lug nuts off

Well as I said my 3/4 M18 so far has had not problem with the wheels that I have tried it on. Then the ones so far are on the 915 and I just changed out the wheels with newer tires and they were put on with my torque wrench. Also I do have my truck four way and cheater bar if I did have a nut on...

    Having issues removing hydraulic head

Wonder if Ambac has any different timing buttons. Thought someone got one of the 03's for the 100A head they were stilling. I have not been looking / playing or keeping up with my poor Deuce since I stepped up to the 5 ton / 10 tonners. It has been sitting all alone in the field for years...

    Having issues removing hydraulic head

Would seem like when the G code came out it is a IP just about like any other. Heck might have been even better with the oiling system. There were probably heads still floating around out there and the blocking kits too if the correct head could not be found. One would think that the blocking...

    Having issues removing hydraulic head

Yea I saw your add in the classifieds looking to buy a code G pump not long ago. You might have just bought a new paper weight and we both learned the way to remove a code G pump head. The other thought is I do not know what you paid for it and if you really want to keep it or part it out seeing...

    Having issues removing hydraulic head

Also we some what talked about the line up of the quill shaft gear. The last head I helped to replace the head would not seat all the way down / in gage gear because it looked like the pic where the two half's of the cut out were not equal and the tip of the open quill shaft gear did not point...
