I thought they were the LED'S,but wanted to ask for sure. This is also an upgrade I plan on doing with my M915's . Ive already switched to led bulbs in the rest of the truck, and its quite noticeable difference on the volt meter. I'm sure they probably help the situation on the finicky headlight...

When you say "we" are you referring to a municipality or county government , state agency, Indian reservation or something along those lines? If so that could be the reason for getting such a nice truck. the Indian reservation here gets alot of nice trucks!
