the tow bar i bought from you needs the (2) feet with (2) 1" attaching pins. you have some? purchased the feet by my sneakers from another seller. 3/4" 3/4" holes are a no go. I need to be operational. soon -out-
I like that idea but i have no 3/4" actual pins and one more thing, was a flight engineer on fling wings and hoisted up to 25k with available 100 ft cable from a hover in the woods or open field. everything depended on everything to be somewhat right for everybody and everything to go home in...
you don't know how close i was to to a sale with your quote on a universal type engine compartment assy. but.... fixed my unfriendly heater core assembled everything, balanced and black painted and now have to fire up the mig and produce an internal mount under dash area i guess. just wish...
saw the M923 and owner in HD lot tonite couple weeks after fix and risked asking em how the truck is doing. said its been 99% operational the 1% is the plate light is burned out. am i good or what.
yup got the feet w/ attaching tow bar pins were correct with my order, the tow feet to vehicle bumper were tree quarter inch and my ol betsy '71 M818 and has 1 inch feet to bumper frame pins. so one of two things i could do drill 3/4" holes to 1" holes or save em to tow a hummer if for...
the over 80 grand stuff never worried me. the problem with this type 915 auto transmission rig was in the ny vt me nh mountains wid 7500 gallons of jp8 at 80 grand i was easy on the brake/gear shifting/jake combination. I have a few miles under my belt. over rev'd by a little bit a few times...
OIF1 no armor no doors no roofs. very easy to figure out who's shootn at ya by the sounds and where they are coming from. 4 troops in hummer are able to handle themselves with all the angles to shoot from. somebody important somewhere ordered those turtle tops the day we were leaving to go back...
ok cool. OIF1 always carried a tow bar strapped to front bumper beams. sometimes was convoy security so we were bobtail now and then. not a bettn man but the 818 w/5k was easily towed with my assigned average looking tow bar no complaints except how to connect air lines. gotter done but my...
knot used to truck type nomenclature well i am but was in fling wings. how is somebody supposed to know what this means. hopefully i bought the correct feet and pins, they will be here tues
very very nice for sure. not gonna install the bumper step cause i believe thats cheating. i like doing a back flip onto the bumper. naw just kidding gonna git one soon cause my bones arent the same as when i was 20 and give my legs a twenty minute notice when i mount up.
yup of course i pulled over and figured it was a military crew being right outside of a base. nope it was of those guys like me that buys an Army truck now and then. swapped cell (phone) numbers informed him to try the basics. driver said he just picked it up and bombing around on city streets...
well yup a lot of good sellers but just have be assured I'm paying attention to detail. i just need 5ton feet and one inch pins. a lot of the pictures have feet but no pins. I'm guessn they either rust or get lost in their travels. some of the complete tow bars and accessories are very cool but...
have to dig back in my history books. could have been a top secret mission by one of our other ships. i did some apc lifts and went to bar rooms outside the gate. don't remember anything else. dropped off my ship 69-18462 someplace in georgia to be painted by a contractor. crewed a C7 back to ct...
