No cause as soon as to go from any terminal on the batter to ground you get 24v. It must be off one battery and only light loads. It causes uneven draw from one battery and will damage it over time.
Idk why you guys went through all that trouble. I just put in two 1/8" npt plugs in the nozzle housing and plugged the injection pump. My truck already had the one port on the intake elbow plugged from the ether start kit. The front port on the injection pump isn't bad if you have wobble...

Neil I would just run the truck for a couple days before I turned on the heater. It seems like that's the best way to get rid of the trapped air.

Been doing little things getting ready for winter. I just put the heater back in with new hoses and got my stereo system all worked out and I also finished wiring all my lights. I also installed led headlights too.
