No I think you'd want it towards the front of the truck. My truck has flat lift blocks in it and could use a wedge to clock the front of the differential down.

Yeah the outer pulley is horrible. When I did my belts I had to take the entire assembly off the compressor and heat it with a torch and use a 4 foot pipe to break it free. I cleaned that baby up good and used a lot of anti seize

Actually wasn't bad. I had it up in the air and tire off the rim in 20 minutes problem was i took my spare out of the back to go pick up bunk beds so I had to wait for my buddy to go get it. This all happened a 10 minute walk from my house.
