    You beat me to it doghead. The guy in toms river usually advertises in the local Craigslist. He had many trucks, last time I looked he had mostly a3's but he may still have some a2's. Hey isn't toms river where the Amityville horror thing supposedly went down.

    Need some help please..

    Open the bleed screw on top of the secondary fuel filters and turn on the pump and wait for fuel to come out. Turn off pump and close screw. I've got a brother in law that lives in blue ridge and I live near 78 bye lake lavon, we use to ride 4 wheelers at the red river atv park.

    Deuce wont start at gas station

    On mine the fuel Pump was spinning but whatever connected the spinning shaft to the impeller broke and I had to get a new pump. Disconnect the line right after the in tank fuel pump and turn on the power. Fuel should come out.

    Thanks nf6x for the wisdom. Whats a soldering iron, just kidding. I can solder just not to smart on electrical things. That's what needed to know. I want to put a cb in my deuce but I want it to stay mill-spec where I can. I will let you know how it turns out.

    I think the companies name is vintage air. They make a complete bolt on kit for the cucv's. Its 24 volt and looks factory. I think it's around $1000.:grd:

    I was afraid of that. You wouldn't happen to know what the dia. Of the shift lever measures about 3 inches down from the bottom of the thread?
