Welcome Aboard..This is a wonderful site for woes like IP installs and frozen air packs. I just helped my son install and IP in a friends deuce. Pull the radiator. You need room. Read the TM. Have timing set, on IP and the motor, before the re- install. Be careful with overtightening the IP...

I have a guy in Poland who makes up rare and hard to find data plates as I need them. Found him on egay. It takes about 3 weeks from order to delivery. He even made up machine gun pedistal mount data plates for me in brass. Prices are reasonable and service is great.

If you need a 24v compressor I have several, NIB. That is the only way to go when doing A/C in an MV. The Red Dot unit works great in Iraq so I know its good for Tucson too...

It was good seeing this thread again. The owner of the deuce flew into maryland, spent a day doing Pm and then got in the truck and drove it to the Port of Miami. The truck now lives in Costa Rica. That deuce gets around..
