Your last picture looks like the glow plug controller. That blue wire is not conducive to a happy glow plug controller card.

What is the roller at the back of the deuce?
I have seen that roller one other time on the back of a deuce and it made climbing in the back darn near impossible.

Did you check all of your fuses? Is the starter still 24V? How did you jump the CUCV with a 12V pickup?
There is a vacuum pump that is regulated by a valve linked to the throttle to send throttle position dependent vacuum to the modulator on the transmission. It could be any of those things including hoses as well as the modulator on the transmission.
