These are fickle units- I bet they gave the military fits !!!

I don't get the logic of the military vendors. The military sells their outdated units to the public and the vendors won't sell the parts at a reasonable price or even at all. As the generators and other equipment is made available for public sale, there is a need for all these surplus parts...

Like everything else on these units the T fittings are expensive....$11 for a 10 cent part.

I've seen your gauges - nice set up. Load bank you built is impressive also.

With a power factor of .8 I guess I should just run it up to 80% load to achieve 100% actual load, but 12Kw works also....

Today was exercise day for 'Jenny'. Ran her for 2 1/2 hours at 100% load. Will stay on a 3 month rotation for start up and load test...All is well.

Tried the pipe section with tractor flap and didnt like it. The tractor flap had an annoying rattle and if you plan on covering your unit with a cover, the original flat flap is the way to go. Nice looking unit there...
