Ok so I put in a push button light switch last night and it worked great other then the fact that the dash lights are lit all the time. Every other function worked but still dash lights lit. I put in the 3 lever switch and it worked fine..... I put the push button back in and dash lights...
Bad bad bad day...... I'm taking the truck for inspection tomorrow morning and was getting a few things lined up after work. Everything that could go wrong did. I put a LED light switch in the truck and it worked pretty good except the dash lights stay lit all the time. I put the old switch back...
Mine gave me a load of crap for the two months we waited till I picked mine up. "What are you gonna do with that. It's to big. The neighbors are gonna hate us......" when I brought it home she asked to go for a ride.... never said a word..... Sunday I wake up working around the house and she...
Ok so I took a good look tonight. I need two plugs and I ordered some ferrules and inserts today. My only question is the return line from the injectors comes back to the hydraulic head and also the fdc. Now I know the fdc is not going back there but you mentioned returning it to the secondary...
Today was an awesome day!!! I got the horn to work and I'm pretty sure I got the either injection to work too. There was a loose y splitter that I wasn't getting juice through. Greased it up and bam horn and now I have power to the either start too but Idk if it works yet. I'll try it tomorrow...
I have a m105 but it's being sacrificed for the bob. I plan on getting another m105 later on down the road but I think I'm going to put a mild lift on it and 2 more 14.00r20 so it sits level with the truck when it's done.
Yeah I have professional Wagner power painter that holds like 3 gallons so I'm going to wash the truck do a little wire brush and have at it. Just wondering how much paint I'll need.
Ah much better haha I thought I was digging into the internals.... I'm going to get a 1/4" and 1/8" plug tomorrow to bypass the fdc.
Now I'm plugging the fdc obviously with he plugs. Then with the 1/8" elbow that comes off the fdc that is going on the return of the hydraulic head and then that...
So by looking that picture it doesn't look like I'll need special wrenches.... I'm adjusting the two nuts on the left correct? That's what's under the plate. I work for a trailer manufacturer I have thousands of feet of dot brake line in any color I want pretty much. Will I'm at this I was to...
Not yet I just finished the gauges today. I'm going to be installing them soon and before I did anything with the fuel.
I guess I'll be picking up some pipe plugs this week.
Yes it will be flat grey.... It's a toss up between the left two.
As far as rims I'm going with stock deuce rims for now and will eventually switch to 5 ton two piece rims with bead locks. I'm going to cut the centers out of the deuce rims send weld them into the 5 ton rims.
Plans in the...
