I know this is probably a shot in the dark, but it can't hurt to ask! I'm trying to score a green or camo cover/tarp for an M101a2. Also looking for front shackles for an M38a1.
No problem - I meant to post it when I found it, but got busy doing something else. It is a pretty straight forward way of doing it, although it is permanent too.
He's probably reselling the plugs - just kidding.
I watched a Youtube video of a conversion the other night that deals with adding a 7 and 4 pin plug to the military wiring. Here is a wiring schematic he was talking about in the video...
My Jeep had a miss when I timed it with the timing light, so I backed off a hair and it cleared up - that might do it for you too. A good valve adjustment can't do anything but help.

I wouldn't think you would have a problem selling a running/driving one in that good of a condition (with winch). If I could justify having one to my wife and knew how to work on big trucks, I would have already bought it.
Good news!
And maybe check the reduction unit like NDT mentioned? I don't know how to do that, but seems like now would be the time.
I, for one, will be waiting for the good news (fingers crossed for you)!
Yeah, I can totally understand - I've been through all that with mine a few times over the years too! If she was mobile, she would probably go quick with the condition shes in.
So, are you getting rid of her because the trans (or reduction unit) is broke, or because you just don't want her? I would love to have one, but when I mentioned it to my wife, she walked off! I understood immediately what she was talking about! I'd hate to see her scrapped - being in that good...
