First time I changed a tire on one of these was when I was a dumb private. Didn't know about the reverse threads and my battle just stood there while I struggled.
When I changed the tire on the 818 recently I was glad to have the torque multiplier with me. I bought the impact right after that.

Tie into the first battery and save yourself sending your radios in for repair.

I wondered that myself, only thing I could come with is the amount of torque on the nuts. I had to use my impact and it's breaking force is 750 ft lbs and it took it a little bit to break each nut.

I know the ones I got from the scrap yard here in Texas when I broke them down there wasn't an oring in them. I don't know if it was because of the style wheels or not. I know those mraps had the fmtv axles so I don't know if that makes a difference.

Got some work done today. Pulled the dash and had it stripped of components and paint withing 3 hours.
