Wow, that kind of ticks me off. I was beaten by someone who said meh I don't think I want it now, causing it to be relisted where I can bid on it again where someone could say meh. Changed my mind.
Gov planet relist
Just a curiosity question? Recently I had been watching an item then did not sale. An auction or two later it was relisted. I bid a few times until it went above what I budgeted. Very next auction it is relisted back at original opening bid. How is that possible? They take my...
Believe me if they had not come with them, mine would have some motorcycle batteries. I wouldn't even spend that kind of money for my truck. Not as bad as the 831's $600 Concorde battery. Lol. I will take some pics this weekend. I did find a better pic as mine don't have safety covers. I didn't...
My 802 came with the yellow top optimas. It has what appears to be FRP (fire resistant polyester)angle hold downs. On J bolts. Not sure if it is stock but is what it has. I tried some batteries I had while I was charging the stock ones, they were too wide.
Oh the thought has occurred to me to do full transfer switch with interposing contactor to segregate the shore power from my gen power so I could pick up load of my full "grid" (house, barns, sheds, etc) at my house. I wish I had thought of it when I was redoing my electrical at my house last...
I'm just glad you introduced us to these controllers. I had old panelview 550 and ab plc that I was going to set up like redneck MEP-80XB. Been doing some research, I think I can sell the the 550 for enough to buy these controllers for both of my gen sets. Woo woo.
what is output c used for 39,40? It and generator loading relay output d 41,42 are the only true dry contacts the way the schematic looks. The outputs 8,9, 10, 11 look like outputs that would control a true interposing relay which you would have to add.
I have to give those a a nod to cool factor, but heard they are not very good for digging also heard they weren't real good for going down road.
Some on here are going to suggest those mini lmtv:grin:
Just a thought. A trailer with a crane. Two birds one stone.
Im going to have to do some research on forklifts.
The lift I use is green but Not quite OD.
Don't forget the movement.
Welcome from SOOK.
Generators is is where it starts, then of course trailers to put gens on, then you have to have something to pull trailers, load trailers......... on forever.
Welcome to the insanity.
A degree is just a piece of paper that says you have passed a certain curriculum. Boy howdy the English comp and analytical geometry among other non applicable classes I took have not served much of a purpose in my career.
You sir have what is really is important, hands on skill and the ability...
We have this Bentley system on all kinds of pumps and motors, protects big equipment from completely destroying itself in case of bearing problems etc, allows you to track historical data so you know when it is time to do maintenance. can be a real PIA.
In all reality the turbines not all...
The mag pickups I'm used to dealing with is a Bently Nevada vibration system. The key phaser is the count module for its system. If you have some vibration issues I might be able to help out with setting a system to shut your gen set down. The gens I occasionally play with are LM 2500. 4.5MWs...
Another argument for the optical over the mag pickup is the mag pickups will also have trouble differentiating the gaps in the teeth with them being so close. In my experience mag pickups like a pretty good gap between cycles to be accurate. This is based on PLC based equipment, not necessarily...
I hope there is a balance weight you can trigger off of. I don't know if scan rate would be fast enough for teeth counting. I searched TM and didn't find anything about flywheel or pull starter. Went to Yanmar site but didn't find many real details, more sales brochure
