Well I got it running. Decided I was getting air in line as electric pump was keeping sufficient pressure. Was checking my temporary fuel supply and inline fuel filter. Moved line around and could hear air being sucked in through crack in hose. Replaced the hose on suction side of pump and it...
The fuel system was horrible. I flushed the lines, at least the ones I am using. Just have temp inline filters right now. Bypassed original filters since they were specially made and obsolete. Have to change base and all. Odd thread size on existing. There are supposed to be some available...

Still having supply problems. Going to gravity feed tomorrow. Governor still not right either. Only 109vac at 60hz at no load. Verified with gauge with VOM.
Think I have governor adjusted pretty close. Actually won't be able to tell until I get running well enough to put load test on it. Don't think my electric fuel pump is keeping enough pressure on lines. Gen will come right up and make power running really well governor controlling like it...
Great. My 802 and 831 haven't even been delivered yet and now I want one of those. I wish I could unwatch the video, I was better off not knowing they existed. Ignorance is bliss.
I found what you were talking about. I made offer on it. $59.95 to rich for my blood on a manual for a motor that may not be worth $59.95. Lol thank you for finding it for me though.

not ready for another language. LOL Appreciate any help very much. I have 3 of these genset...
Thank you so much for your wealth of information Guyfang. I don't actually have one of these units myself, just saw a fellow steel soldier needing help which sent me on a learning adventure. After all of this I have no desire to have one either. For that I thank you.
It caused me to go do some digging. Had never seen this delta configuration before. Still researching. I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination. Just now got in to these gen sets and trying to absorb as much information as possible. This site IS the place to do it.
Here is a drawing. Generator is not tapped to a neutral in 120v mode which I find as odd but it's the way I understand it. It's for 16b
I would have never guessed you would get 60vac from each leg to get 120vac. Learn something new everyday
