I see what you are talking about. A whole thread could be started just from the winding configurations on the Mep-016 units.

See that's exactly why I love this site. Now I am going to be leary of those units without having to live the pain myself.

It caused me to go do some digging. Had never seen this delta configuration before. Still researching. I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination. Just now got in to these gen sets and trying to absorb as much information as possible. This site IS the place to do it.

Here is a drawing. Generator is not tapped to a neutral in 120v mode which I find as odd but it's the way I understand it. It's for 16b I would have never guessed you would get 60vac from each leg to get 120vac. Learn something new everyday
