    Family Deuce Recovery

Only a little fighting on who would ride first. The gasser deuce has a bench seat so the boys thought they could both ride, the tan deuce only has a single seat so they took turns. Yeah I was really surprised the batteries were good, really the whole truck surprised me, now I will have to find...

    Family Deuce Recovery

I had planned to make this recovery a guy thing. Me and a buddy were to head down to Topeka with my pickup loaded with all the recovery goodies but it didn't work out that way. Buddy cancells, ( AWE MAN! ) now I have to take the wife and she can't go on Thursday so I have to wait one more day...

    hauling a deuce

I just drove one 350 miles from Topeka. Go check it out and drive it if you can, if not you can always arrange a haul. That truck looks pretty good and if it was driven in you can most likely drive it out, and remember getting it rolling is NOT what is important, STOPPING is so bring some DOT...

Perfect Parade Day - Traffic Stop - Long

I had a similar incident when I was pulled over in my civilian pickup. Its seems the county local read my plate wrong, it was in the middle of the night and he didn't read it correctly so he radio'd to everyone available and continued to follow me. I knew something was up because he got right...

    Fuel Jelling Problems / Questions

RE: Re: Fuel Jelling Problems / Questions I usually run 25-30% number 1 and the balance number 2 diesel when its really cold (below zero). I use the fuel additive all winter cause for me its cheaper than lost time to deal with a gelled up truck. Also if you have a shed it really helps, it...

    interstate batteries U6TL lame warranty

RE: 24V battery maintenance charger I have had god luck with Excide. When I bought my semi tractor it had four diff. batteries in it and always needed charged to start up. All the batteries were rated diff. as well, I just figured that wasn't good as a smaller battery would be feeding off the...

Another newbie signing on w/ M35A2

Oh I've seen HQ HQ and also HHC for Headquarters Headquarters company so I am guessing your truck was #6 in the HQ. I went USMC so I'm not real familiar with army markings.

Welcome Charles, If you have a chance to get a gasser deuce I'd go for it. Learning the diff. between the gas and multi fuel is interesting and I'm sure you would like the gasser just as well, if not better (except the fuel mileage). Again welcome aboard.
