    M35A3 Owners unite

Clarke, the guys on M35A3.net (Mike and Rodman) perfected a relatively easy way to do it with an engine hoist. The O rings are around and not too expensive. I think the O rings and wheels are rated at no more than maybe 65 psi.

    M35A3 Owners unite

No, sorry. Of course, I don't even remember breakfast today. :) I was able to get the threads out by sticking a knife in and twisting it. Just matched those up. It is a hex head brass plug. Sorry I can't help more. BTW Napa carries it online. I found it and tried to get my local NAPA to...

It is standard threads. Mine broke and I just went to Lowe's and got a brass plug in plumbing. I never could see the coolant in it anyway.

Proud new owner of a M35A3!!!

Man, did you get ripped! That truck has a cracked steering wheel. Seriously, that is a nice truck, nearly brand new. Welcome to the A3 club.

    Greatings from WV.

About a year ago the WVARNG surplused a bunch of trucks. They all looked great. I wanted one or several but didn't bid. Keep your eyes open, there are great trucks around. What part of WV? Welcome and enjoy!

    truck markings

Just guessing but I doubt plt info is on the bumper. Again a guess, 2ACR on the left side and F-? on the right with the ? being the truck number, ie, F-7 or whatever.

Should I build another MRAP? Need your advice/criticism, please.

Steve, I have enjoyed the discussion and your thoughtful replies. Bob jobs, gun truck replicas, there are lots of us modifying these beasts. Thanks for sharing the story on this one.

    Disc breaks anyone?

Have fun answering the age old question "What are you planning to do with that?" :driver: Nice looking truck for sure.

What deuce configuration is best for me?

Welcome from the bottom of the state! Yet another recommendation for 395s but they will slow you down on the hills.

If you shoot live, don't shoot the light poles. Nice job!

Winch Deuce on GL for $1100

Good for you. I give the members here a little more credit than giving it a good tire kicking. If you are more comfortable having it brought to you, great. I have bought 3, had one trucked in, drove two. I would never kick the tires and drive off. Doubt there are any here that would. Up to...

Won my first A3 on GL today

The plentiful steel tops for the A2 will fit perfectly. Let me know if you find hoods. Congrats on the truck!

    Understanding Deuces

It will take you longer to find a whistler turbo than to install it. If the bolts don't break on the manifold it is an hour or so job. There should be an air switch below the dash if you have an air transfer case.

    Buying a M35A2 or M35A3?

Let not your heart be troubled. My neighbor works on power co trucks and also calls the 3116 a throwaway. Yes, if it dies after a couple hundred thousand miles they toss them due to the solid block. Look at school bus auction sites for busses that have them and have 100k or more, also trucks...
