    Deuce leaking oil from base of filter

    Mine were leaking from the top nut even after tightening to the proper torque. After cleaning and de-burring the can and underside of the bolt they have stopped. But I couldn't find the hard fiber washer thats under the bolt head. Why isn't this supplied with the filters?
