I and M1075 used his M198 Converter dolly to pull that trailer back !! M1075 drove his M818 with 3 trailers !! And I in my M813A1 with the the 3 trailers on the converter dolly could only make 50 mph max with 1400 R20 tires they are just to big to pull that much trailer !! Also the trailer...

Also check your Battrey switch the switch may have gone bad and will not let your dash get power through the control box !! And like Rosco said check and clean the terminals and Ground lug on the frame !! Good Luck !!!
