Depends on if GL is willing to tell you what needs revising before your default date arrives....... They should have explained what needs revision.....unless they have quit doing that as well.....

Re: RE: Re: RE: Transfercase Stand..... I didn't have to take the tunnel or anything out of the cab, all was done from underneath. The adjusments on the jack made lining up the holes very easy. The only thing I had fab up were the pieces of angle iron used to brace the case upright.

RE: Transfercase Stand..... Swapped out the transfer case this weekend on truck I'm selling. The rig worked really well, I used a shop crane to lift the bad case off the jack and then set it on the floor of the shop, and placed the donor t-case on the jack. The whole swap took about 5-6 hours...

According to some here, the faxes are converted to emails, so they are easy to ignore or delete, and GL doesn't waste toner or paper..... rofl

I didn't have one so I made one. I will "refine" this as I go along..... Worked great!, now I have to find someplace to store this one while I take the bad T-case out of the truck.

My 1009 is NO WHERE near as loud as my 1008..... The 1009 is quiet enough to have a cell phone converstaion with the window down at 70 mph.....

The trans tunnel floor plate can be cut out, the imprint of the hole for the manual trans is there.
