Have not disassembled the old one, but I'm concerned that there is a reason why there is a sticker installed in the cab that says "Tacom Approved Master Cylinder Installed" and if the "new" (primer red) cylinder is going to be safe to use. I am selling this truck and want to make sure everything...

Hey I guys, I was changing the M/C on a for sale truck today. I bought 3 NOS Deuce Master cylinder's from Kcgonzo on Egay. I pulled the leaking one out of the truck and got ready to install the "new" one. Problem, the "new" M/C fill cap is about 1/3 smaller than the size of the one being...

RE: photo of codes on differential case Need a shot of the back, opposite of that shot, on the back of the housing there should be a 70 stamped. Unless someone here can look up the part number. But I'm positive it's a Dana 70

That looks like a GM 10 bolt from/for a M1009, how many studs on the hub, 6 or 8? if its 6 its a GM 10 bolt, if it's 8 it could be a dana 60. Need pics of the diff cover.

That looks to be a Dana 70......take a shot of the diff cover, but I'd bet it's a dana 70, worth a bit more than a GM 14 bolt....

I'm sorry you had problems David, I've experienced the same thing, parts removed from the truck between the GL ad and when I went to look at it. I hope you have better luck with GL waiting than I have. Ed
