Or just do what I did.... Bought 2 airlift bumpers for $200.. ๐๐๐๐ That way I can Drill one and leave one a Virgin.. Just my 2cents and lucky situation.. But drilling 1/4" holes isn't gonna degrade the integrity of that piece of massive steel..

Sounds like partially clogged vent line...fuel tank not bringing in air as fuel is depleted.. If it sits awhile, the air will slowly make its way back into tank, equalizing.. Then process starts again when fuel is drawn out faster than air can get in ( creating a vacuum). Like above have...

I have an armored hood insert.. Wire mesh front grill insert.. I must be a lucky SOB because since I have had this running ( 3-4 months) my engine cooling system appears to be great.. Once I freed the stuck fan clutch with some precision whacks with the old mallet and punch..Thanks for the tip...
