I have the syncrho listed if you want to swap it out but the tranny does have to hit the floor to do so... Most usually hunt down a used tranny as tearing into them is for the more adventurous at heart... Not a hard job, just something most like to avoid.

Patrick I strongly recommend against installing a oil line at the bottom of your pan, I know a lot of us don't go off roading but most do appreciate the ability in a "need to" situation. Adding a extra 2 inches of length to the drain and a hose to snag is not a good idea... (IMHO of course)

Mains can be changed one by one so no you dont have to drop the crank...
