anyone put a floor cloth in a tent like this before? Curious how you fix it to the ground . Would think turning would be a problem as you jocky the rig around inside. Is there like ground stakes ever 2 feet thru the material orrrrr??

Question..... TM calls for Tie down ropes off at angles......... but ton of pics it appears folk have run them straight down along the walls to the ground. (or pics just have ropes dangling?)

got thru first set of storms. Was not too bad the time I went out to lift up to let water drain. Have LMTV under it so can stand on it to lift cover. Supposedly in an hour another couple hours of rain is coming thru.
phew... hope it stays like this or better..... seems to be typical here and weather report gets pushed later and later.. Now they are saying 7am rain start and only lasting around three hours
took about 14-16?hours on own over last two days to get second half of cover almost half way on. Cover is just shy of the Ridge Beam/Perlun and strapped / tied all over the place.. AKA- wall and half the roof is sorta up.

Well some may remember was going to attempt to keep going by wearing a liquid heated suit. That failed cause could not climb in it. I mean I can climb about anything...... but could not keep the tubes of heated liquid attached to the 24v heater.... w/out back packing it.. makeing much...
Ive considered an old school Universal one with Brake Pedal switch and a servo motor and you glue a magnet somewhere or pick up a signal somewhere.. A RoadKing? version with heavy duty servo motor for Big Rigs was prefered unit for 3116.... but they went out of business long long ago. So now...
If you will be in AZ most of time.. go to two battery as suggested. Weather there you wont need four. If you upgrade significantly your alternator as suggested.. AND end up with her in cold country (with no ether start esp.) then go to four battery.

mount tucked up in the area an ATV winch..... so when you pull the whole thing out..... it is holding it a bit..... then winch it up and tuck it away.. or lower it onto the tounge of trailer after you hook it up..... and strap it to the tongue??
hopefully the bent stuff is from Idiots moving it with a Fork Lift. Which is actually a common issue.
that said look close at every inch of housing of transmission for cracks (in case issues there is why originally got taken out of service). Also check rear pumpkin... , Ujoint, pinion...
