So I haven't updated this thread in some time. Shame on me. But the 1038 has gone through several changes. First of all, it's a four man now. I changed out to a softtop. Even added a few other accessories. With all that, I managed to win best in show at a local car show as well in town.

I believe we've got it resolved now. I think something happened with FF and since we were using the old ajax uploader it simply didn't handle it well. Moved to a patched flash uploader and it works and gives more indication of what's going on.
