So, what exactly are you using the PID function for?
Or, are you just using the temp gauge reading to tell you to lay off the skinny pedal?

Don’t forget the age of the tire might reduce the speed you want to go.
That does look pretty cool. I would love to hear how you like it.
Do you go off-road much? Would like to hear if they hit anything when flexing.

Is there any concern that the printed one will flex and not hold everything tight?
I have a steel one, so this would not be an issue for me. Just curious.

How accurately can you print these things?
I think the last concept would be the best. At least the entire ring is aligned to itself and not introducing any new variables. (Besides this not being a machined cap).

I just read your PM you sent me yesterday....... that made my last response not make any sense.

Arduino is historically an open source platform. I would estimate that most hobbyists share their work freely. In fact I think that the end use Arduino contract says that you can sell your products, but if you do, you have to freely provide your code and schematic.
I for one would love...
I believe you are correct. The axle diff will be open. The drive angle will be higher. You probably have to have the power divider locked all of the time.
This seams like a lot of work to only change the drive angle. It also makes the rear axle a lot heavier than before.

Michael,
I have a version I plan to use on my project. Thanks for sharing! Do you have an updated model or a native solidworks version you could share? I would like to make a 6x6 version and having a native file would be much easier.
Thanks
