I would say that it shows you many options for different types of boxes, the pros and cons of each type, and a several fabrication steps. It could get you pretty far with your decision making and get you a good start on how to fab it, but it is not probably enough to skip your own research...

I have not built mine yet...... but I plan to copy much of Duckworthe's design. I will do thin steel frame with aluminum pre-painted skin adhered with sikaflex. Where I plan to vary from his design is that I plan to run horizontal stringers (hat channel or wood furring strips), then spray...
I figured there was a reason. I assumed it was because the back end was past the axle where that section was not being pulled as hard when twisting and was not supported on the other side of the mount.

So I have noticed that on expansible van trucks (different models and series of trucks), they have the back molted to the frame and toward the front they will have spring mounts.
Any idea why they don't fix the front and spring the back instead? Seams like you would have less cab-box...
