There's no emissions equipment on HMMWV's. DoD has an exemption (or had) to EPA regulations.

Would also take a complete wheel/tire assembly as well if you have one.

Auctionaddict has some neat seats in one of his HMMWVs. But I don't recall what they're out of. They were some sort of MRAP though as I recall. Much more comfortable than the stock pincushions.

1:1 top gear with a 2100 rpm limit is going to mean you're going to run the governor in a deuce at 38mph top speed. 42mph in a 5 ton axled truck. Alternatively, you could get to 49mph with 14.00's on a 5 ton. Or 43mph in a 2.5T with 395s.
