Did I miss something? I know the ARP rod bolt idea had been tossed around a great deal, but every time people have asked them it was a unreasonable amount for the bolts. (Like maybe $100 each bolt if memory serves)
You can certainly turn up the fuel on a LDT for more power. But that's just...
Just FYI, seems I'm having a forwarding issue from the host now for replies sent to support@steelsoldiers.com. (That email address is supposed to be setup to simply forward to my personal email) I've reached out to our hosting company to see if they can check it.
Did you set support@steelsoldiers.com as a trusted contact/not spam? Server sent you an email just now, no errors reported from this side. Went to gunboy1656@XXXXX.com (omitted the provider name for your security).
Hmm I see it now, you're right it's legit. But this is for businesses really. They "say" they don't store your login info. But I understand the reasoning for it. Since businesses creditworthyness is based on payments and trends. That's about the only way they could get it. Unless maybe you...
DNS entries updated. I'm personally already at the new IP. Haven't seen any 554'd emails back to the server in the past few minutes. Hopefully this will resolve things. Old IP will remain in play for another day or two in the event someone's ISP is very slow on DNS updates.
Went for a spin this afternoon. I had added two more bottles of coolant flush to the system. (I had only put one bottle in it, but given the capacity, it needed more) I watched the gauge like a hawk. It got up to 220 at most. The fan would kick in, then after a bit the fan kicked out. And...
Just an update. Working with the hosting company. Second IP is confirmed to work via http, so we're going to coordinate the DNS update this evening/tonight. Since both IPs are working it should be a non-event for users. I will update as more info comes.
Sounds like you've got the basics covered. Have you pulled the center bolt on the HH and verified it's moving up and down?
Here's all the stuff I did to troubleshoot a dead HH...

I'm honestly thinking my gauge is off. I used a meat thermometer with a remote probe. I strapped it to the crossover tube. Highest temp I saw was ~185. But the fan did cut on, so that should be 220. The gauge on the dash did not venture past 225 though.
