Hope nobody bids more than you did. Maybe GL has found a new way to sell trucks, you make more if you sell them more than once. Had a local tractor dealer with a simular deal. Sell one tractor, finance it for the farmer at three different banks, worked great for a while.
Sir, was one of the above replys about a radiator?? If so how much?? I can use it only if Ferro is going to make a trip up there. He can pick it up for me and I can get it from him.
Off topic but for the ones that might not know that video was bigcases Duece that someone torched last week.
On topic my 813 must be one of the strong ones because it is stronger that my Duece.
Prices vary a lot on GL. Usually from $800.00 to $2500.00 for an A2. A3's usually bring $10000.00. You need to inspect the trucks yourself if possible or ask if someone on SS is close and will inspect for you. If you can't inspect don't bid much over scrap price so you can recupe most of your...
If you remove the front driveshaft and it backs up OK then you know that is the problem. If so you can drive it that
way until you can fix it. Problem is if forward sprag is locked in when you try to back up the front wheels wanbt to go
forward. My guess is that a Duece of that year model...
I don't know about Tx but in Ga. a heavy truck used for farming and driven less than 7500 miles a year is exempt from the road taxes and a lot of other highway stuff. I have to file an IRS form 2290 each July as any other Semi truck owner is required to do. I declare less than 7500 miles on...
The A3 is quite a bit different from the A2's. They have a different engine and automatic transmission and dual brakes. Same basic princples though, does it run good, does trans pull and shift good, does brake petal feel good and truck stops well, are there any major leaks, are tires aired up...
I have a friend who mounted an old backhoe behind the cab of his truck to load logs. The reach was not as long as the loader in your pictures but he could load logs onto the truck from either side. It could be mounted at the rear of the truck also. He used the stablizers to hold the truck...
I make all my own battery cables but I have a hydralic hose crimper. Get the heavy battery ends, coat cable with die-electric grease and squeeze it tight. Have never had one come loose yet. I also like the stainless steel stud post batterys. Most common theives will have no use for them...
I am 6 feet and 250 pounds and fit fine. I don't see where you would have any problem. I spent all day yesterday in mine taking soil samples on the farm with no space problems.
This trailer is located 25 miles west of I-95 and 5 miles off I-16. If anyone is travelling I-95 and can help MDSA out I may can meet you at I-95 with the trailer. Its at my farm and does not matter how long it stays.
Most multi-fuels had the fuel density compensater bypassed, When that was done diesel only was stenciled on the tank. It will still burn a varitiy of fuels including WMO and ATF. As stated above there are lots of posts on the subject.
