Yep, the fenders that Nick has on his mule are the same as the ones that were installed on my A5 when it was rebuilt as a "high mobility" Mule at Ft. Campbell in the early eighties. The mule got wide terra tires, fenders (to keep the tires covered), and electric start using an alternator and...
It's a great looking truck that somebody needs to snag...
I've got photos of several of them on my website, including some production info, etc...
We had one from WV show up at the Southern Power Wagon/NCMVPA Spring Gathering in the Uwharrie National Forest OHV area this past April, but it...
Check with Joe Trapp there n Blythewood... He's selling off his inventory and may have some troop seats on his parts trucks still, and you likely could snag an axle vent off a parts rig as well...
I suspect that most of the dealers have the vents but don't list them, most have more stuff than...
Since you bring it up... I'm in the market for one as well... I've got the heater (pulled it from a gasser five ton), but need that mounting shelf in order to install it in my XM813. So, if anyone knows of one for Armada and one for me... :)
Neil,
I enjoyed the day in Troutman. I also truly appreciated having you mind my backdoor as I was hauling Brandon's "new" ride up the hill...
Not sure if I can make this one, but I'm going to try...
This was sent to the NCMVPA the other day and I thought that I would post it here for folks interested in another display opportunity in Western North Carolina... :)

Hmm, I got a M817 out of Columbus and never heard nor saw anything about that accessory...
Must be that snazzy paint job on the tipper (either that, or Oilcan is holding out on me... ).
Seriously, it's a really sharp looking truck.
Seriously #2, Gimp, AMGeneral, Oilcan, and Oilcan's mom and...
I don't fill the entire hub, lots of extra weight and expense and you will still get water/oil in if it gets past the seals... I do, however, take and smear a light coat of grease on the entire inside surface of the hub as a rust preventative...
I have photos of both of my M101's on my website including shots of the weight and dimension dataplates that may be used to see the width, etc...
73.5" is what is given for the outside to outside measurment for the width of the body, total length with drawbar down is 147", length with drawbar...
Yep, Ray has a deal with a guy in either SC or GA (can't remember which) who is doing the hub machine work and rotor bracket assembly for him so that you don't have to ship your cores to OR. You still order from Ray and he sends you the shipping and payment info depending on your home IP code...

You know, if you really want to know what size tires it has, what it was used for, and help getting it off base, send a PM to FrankUSMC since he works next door to where these things are parked.... It's what I do when I purchase things at Cherry Point... :)
If it's like the ones that he...
With all that time you saved getting the trailer, you could have stopped by the house and gotten a drink...
Good looking trailer.
Nice shots of the stuff at White Owl.
If he doesn't, I would expect that Bernie might... He had a bunch of them at Aberdeen this year... I don't know if he is on this site or not, but I know that his buddy M35A2Kevin is (so you could PM him and have him check with Bernie...).
Good luck.
I just received an article on repairing the 809 series boxes from Wayne "papercu" that list parts numbers and suppliers for the pieces inside.
My understanding from reading the article is that the 800 series boxes didn't have an electronic circuit board in them instead having a plate with a...
I fried a control box in my XM813 the other day (not a big deal, AMGeneral was with me and we turned the knob on the injector pump and pull started it with the duece tanker and I made the five hour ride home no problems) and got to wondering who had them in stock for a good price?
I talked to...
