Just a heads up, the 3929161 is not the same as any of the other p/ns listed. shoot me your esn and I can see if that number is a current one for your engine. I would hold off on installing them.
When you put the lift pump into the system, did you go directly to the pump or thru the entire system? Easy checks first, get a clear line and go directly from a clean bucket of fuel directly to the pump, it's ok to run for a bit with unfiltered fuel. If the pump sucks the fuel into the pump and...

While I would LOVE to, right now, laying on my back nursing a sprained SI joint. It would be great to see everyone, Aint seen 100dollarman in ages it seems. Didn't even do the pyro gig, had to cancel.

Nope, it goes directly into the filter housing. Put a restriction gauge between the filter and turbo and see what kind of restriction is REALLY there. Spec is 25 in h2o max at rated load and speed
I'm just sayin', 57 pages of dangle the carrot and we got nuttin'. Your project reminds me of a jeep engine I have in the garage....but at least I still have a running, driving jeep!
Welcome back, it HAS been a bit since i've seen anything from you! Looks good, but in order for me to get another it needs power steering, front flats scare me.
