    Injectors do not get adjusted. You can drill and tap the fitting going into the fuel pump and take your fuel pressure reading from there.

    That was the issue. With the over ride screwed in, the disc inside the FSOV assy is pushed off seat and that allows fuel to flow as long as the engine is running, there is fuel.

    KISS. Check easy things first, check full throttle, LOOK at the lever tab and make sure it is touching the stop. Make sure the modulator cable isn't adjusted with a throttle arm NOT getting full travel. Check FSOV pull in distance. Check low side fuel pressure, possible overflow valve problem.

    Or broken flywheel bolts. OP, does the damper turn when you crank it? Gas in a can ain't gooood for ANY diesel, try and avoid it, use something a bit less destructive, like a gas soaked rag or brake/carb cleaner.

    Small cams weren't the only cam eaters, BC2 and 3 MVT engines liked to eat cams and the early L10 was REAL bad, Seen those leave friday and be back monday, UPS had alot of issues with them
