The PTO turns all the time when the engine is running but the shaft should only turn when ingaged for forward and reverse. Probably a broken shift fork in the PTO or maybe a linkage issue. These are just guesses. This could be real bad if the drum lock is engaged up front and you start the...

Make sure your air tank valve is closed! It could be trying to pump up and leaking out the tank if someone drained them and didnt close it. This sounds like a normal air buzzer to me and it should pump up to pressure and go off. If not you could have a leak somewhere else..

The one they show in the manual I have is a single axle type trailer and they pull it up on top of the truck like underdog shows on that civi unit. Now where are all the trailers for them? The saga continues..
