OK, Joel, you can have the tag... Just drive up with some cash and haul it off. It is still for sale...
I'm impressed at how fast you managed to get my own photo up (and displayed in your reply), especially considering that I was trying to find it myself... :)
I'd suspect that it would work pretty well, espcially considering how well the one that Mike P. made out of a M105 trailer worked...

I have a M104 in the yard (needs a little TLC and is missing the landing leg, side racks, and bows...).
The following is the text to a response I made a while back when somebody asked about differences between a M104 and a M105. David Doyle has done at least one article in MV Magazine about...
I purchased a case of these directly from the manufacturer a few years back for $10 plus shipping, so the sale price sounds really good to me (figure that shipping and taxes are about the same in my location...). :)
We use the same model at work (chained together in pairs, similar to what I...
RE: Hey Frank!
Mark,
Great news, especially since I don't have to ship you my spare set of brackets... :) Also good to know that this one went to a good home (your son is going to have all his friends green with envy...).
Others:
The "paperclips" and rear lifting shackle relocation brackets...
Sorry about that, I thought that I had posted the ridgepool dimension... :( I'll post it on Monday when I get home from vacation (update my webpage...). Anyway, the wood needs to be as long as the distance from the front edge of the front bow, to the rear edge of the rear bow, and should...
You need the cover, and the two webbing straps that go from the rear bow to the windshield. If you order canvas from either Weebee Webbing or New Life, just tell them that you need the big straps along with the cover... I'm out of town for the holiday, but can post some photos on Monday if...
All green bobbed deuce for sale last week... Sounds like Blythewoodjoes' down in Blythewood, SC (near Columbia). See the thread at:

For the camo job in NC, you need to check on Bigwheelbob's ride over in...
Got the photos that I took up on my website finally.... Need to work on the captions, so if you have a better vehicle identification or an idea of who the folks in a photo are, please let me know...
Page on my site is located at:

Enjoy.
I've finally found some time to add some more content to my website. Got a few pages of event photos added (Veterans' Day Parade, NCMVPA Fall show in Hickory, trailriding in the Uwharrie National Forest OHVP, Blue M37 that I recently purchased, etc.):
See photo pages 46-49 located at...
Don't be that hard on the folks at the VA DMV, or too surprised that they didn't mention the VSA12 to you... We have that problem with the folks at the tag/title offices in NC all the time as well. They are not used to doing anything out of the ordinary nothing older then ten years, form an...
You are correct, and this is why I stated in an earlier reply to try to get GL to fill out a reasignment form so that a title could be obtained using the existing SF97. THe folks in VA know what a SF97 is and how to handle it, they just need the proper form filled out by the dealer (GL)...
You need to convince somebody at GL to fill out a "dealer reasignment form" . It is a form used by both VA and NC (I used to live in one and still have familly and business ties there, and now live in the other and thus have some idea about this...) for a dealer (in this case GL) to tell the...
Have you checked your local heavy truck shop? I haven't priced them recently, but I know the Fleetpride (former Stone Heavy Duty), and the local manufacture specific dealers and shops in my area have them...
Good luck.
I'm out of stock on M35's for sale, and the other guys have given you some great "local" sources... Consider joing the NCMVPA when you get your rig and joing us for events in the area (and some not so close such as the Convoy to Aberdeen). Lastly, give me a ring when you do get a truck if...
Re: Nice stuff!!
If you want a R2 Crash Truck to restore, send me a PM and I'll put you in touch with a local gentleman who has one in need of a good home. His truck is located just north of Creedmore, NC, and I have a bunch of photos on my website...
Photos of Ron's truck are numbers 13-56...
